RepOptim Ltd. takes precautions for the security and privacy of your personal data. This Privacy notice's purpose is to explain how and why we collect your personal data, and what we use it for during the recruitment process

2. Data Privacy

RepOptim Ltd. is based within the United Kingdom, and as such is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a Data Controller under prevailing data protection legislation. We have also aligned this Privacy Policy with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into effect on 25th May 2018, and the UK Data Protection Act of 2018.

RepOptim Ltd. has completed applicable Data Protection Impact Assessments as required by Article 35 of GDPR for all activities related to its recruitment process, and these are available upon request from RepOptim Ltd.’s CEO and/or Data Protection Manager.

 

3. Personal Data We Collect

  • The data you fill out in your job application include: name, surname, title, position, hyperlinks to social networks, address, e-mail address, phone number, educational background, work experience, CV;

 

4. Data collection purpose

The collected data will be used solely for the selection process. This process may include the following: 

  • Verification of the entered data; 

  • Reference checks;

  • Assessment of the qualifications and skills needed to perform the job you are applying for;

  • Communication concerning the process (e-mails, phone calls, SMS messages, WhatsApp);

  • Filling out questionnaires and tests;

  • Fulfilling legal regulations.

You may ask for the correction and update of your data at any time, deny your previous consent for the processing of your data, or ask that your data is fully deleted from our servers.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal information or to exercise any of the other rights. However, if your request for access is clearly unfounded or excessive we may:

  • charge a reasonable fee

  • refuse the request

In some cases we will need some information to confirm your identity. This is to ensure that your personal information is not disclosed to someone who has no right to access it.

 

5. Data Access

The access to your personal records is limited to RepOptim Ltd. employees who participate in the selection process. 

Your personal data will be saved until the end of the selection process for the open position which you have applied for, unless you decide to allow us to keep them for a longer period and keep you updated on new job opportunities. 

The data is stored within the European Union, and access to it is secured with the highest level of technical standards and practices.
